Slow and steady wins the race, and I think shortcuts to success are never sustainable. I joined ProDraft as head of operations in November 2020 and soon took the responsibilities of a partner at the then newly launched start-up. And yes, we struggled like you would think a startup would, but we never backed off - we built a steady team and have watched the agency grow tremendously. Today, there’s no looking back.

I put a healthy work environment above anything else. Major credit for the success of ProDraft goes to writers who have stuck around with us for the longest time - and I think that's partly because we attempt to keep them first and make them feel important and heard. That is the ultimate victory for me - people choosing us for something that's irreplaceable, i.e. how well they’re treated. I aim to keep the same nurturing work environment here at ProDraft, no matter how much we scale up.
